Nicki put together a list of ""comps,"" that helped establish an asking price. She shepherded us through the withdrawal of an early attractive but unrealistic offer and choose what turned out to be a more realistic one. Advised us on selecting how to best prepare for showings. Counseled us on a reasonable price adjustment based on Home Inspection. Straightened out a misunderstanding regarding a waived radon test. Held our hand when closing was delayed. She did her own walk through before the Buyer and her agent did theirs. Helped us sort through a last minute issue with one of the toilets. Confirmed the buyer had, indeed, closed when we were unable to get a clear answer from the attorneys earlier that day.
Nicki did this though we'd purchased our new home as a FSBO, had withdrawn from a previous purchase (on Hillside) and been looking to move on and off for years."

Nicki has worked with us off and on over the years when we were actively looking to buy. On this occasion the house we bought was a FSBO but we had Nicki list our former property. She was very helpful throughout the process, including several point at which complications arose. Working with Nicki made selling less stressful than buying the new FSBO house. She helped us establish an initial price and later adjust it based on a home inspection. She looked out for our interests and helped put things back on track when delays occurred. We would recommend her without reservation.
Wonderful introductory "lesson" prior to the initial buying process began and it was extremely helpful and informative.

Linda is an amazing person, which makes her an amazing agent. There were some rough patches with the sale, which Linda dealt with, and communicated with me about, even during her medical appointments in NYC. My sisters and I feel very fortunate to have had such a warm, caring and competent agent help us with the sale of what had been our family home for 58 years. In addition to all of that, she took the time to find my sister a place to move into after the house was sold. There was really no aspect of the process of selling and moving out of our home that Linda did not help us with somehow.
Great company, I would highly suggest to give Linda a call. This is possibly the best Real Estate company in the CNY area! They helped to sell our house back in March.
