I had asked for Pam Cullip’s help to purchase a home. The one that I had selected was out of the county that see normally works from and the sellers listing agent was also not local. Nevertheless Pam worked diligently to set up a time and meeting for us to look at the property. She professionally arrived on the scheduled time and date and together we went over every aspect of the house, land, personal property that would convey, price negotiation, contract procedures, etc, I would need to move forward with a purchase offer. Pam also had the insight to suggest an attorney I could use that had the knowledge and did real estate work within the county the home was listed in. I made her suggested purchase offer. It was drawn up by Pam and accepted by the seller. When my closing date arrives I intend to use the attorney Pam suggested for the necessary legal paperwork and filings on my new home.
