Jamie first provided a significant amount of information for me to price my house competitively in the market. He gave excellent advise on the best way to show my house and what was needed to get it ‘ready for market’. Jamie was also very responsive to all my questions during the entire process. He is extremely personable, understanding and a good listener. He gets the job done without being overly aggressive. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dear Lori,

When Shawn and I came to the conclusion we were going to go through with buying a house, I was very nervous in so many ways. You were so wonderful to us, with your comfort, love, and support. With us not only being first time home buyers but yet so young. You always made sure we knew what was going on, how it was going to happen, and what we were going to do. You made our experience so special, and we will forever cherish those memories of such a fond time with you; from our crazy house hunting experience to finding the perfect one.

I’ll remember some of the houses we looked at and you and I would look at each other like “oh boy!” When we were early to our next house, you warmed us up with hot cocoa. Looking at ones that weren’t to shabby either until we walked into The One. Our house is beautiful and everything we could ask for. I’m so thankful for having your love and support during such a happy and emotional time of our lives. You became like a mother figure to us. You kept our heads up and promised everything would work out and it did in so many ways. Thank you so much Lori, you so rock!

As we live so very happy in our home, I will absolutely recommend you to anyone I know looking to buy a house. Thank you so much for everything you did, and making our experience so wonderful.

I (we) wanted to say thank you to Shuryl (Menapace) for helping us sell our home. Shuryl took the time to meet with us personally, give us advice on how to stage our home, and guided us in the process.

Everything went seamlessly, and the house sold in record time. We are now in our new home in Florida and enjoy being closer to our daughters and their families.

I have been through a few real estate transactions and I had delayed selling my home for about a year. We have brought two houses through Yaman Real Estate and Joan Plew has helped us both times. We had looked at a lot of houses and Joan has always been there for us. We looked at houses in the early morning and late evening and Joan has always made it work with our crazy schedules. She always has a smile on her face and when it comes to real estate she knows what she’s talking about. We love our new home and have no plans to move but if we decided to sell, Joan would be our first call. I had the pleasure of having Jamie Yaman help me buy my first house 2 1/2 years ago in Cortland. I have known Jamie a long time, as he is friends with my sister, and we have played lacrosse together. He was a natural choice for me in my search. We spent a few weeks looking for the perfect house, and his knowledge and perseverance helped me find just the right property. He was honest and straightforward with all the aspects of a first time home buyer, and didn’t pressure me into anything. Joan was extremely helpful in the entire house buying process. She stuck with us even though it was a challenge to find a house that fit our loan. She worked extremely hard and found us our home and did all she could to get us in as fast as we could. She had a lot of patience and always returned a phone call.
